He has many years of experience in strategic planning and management of the company, developing marketing strategies and communications, financial analysis corporations and international financial transactions.
Marketing lecturer at the Business School of the University of Applied Sciences (JAMK) in Jyväskylä, marketing and sport management at the University of Applied Sciences Haaga-Helia in Helsinki. It also has a Postgraduate Certificate of Education Qualified Teacher Status.
In JAMK is the coordinator of the sport management program, a program specialist sports marketing and programs carried out jointly with the University of Applied Sciences Haaga-Helia in Vierumäki in Finland. It is also responsible for the implementation of national and international research projects combining research and practice in business under the concept of Sport Business School Finland.
As a journalist and producer, National Broadcasting Company YLE prepared and conducted three different music programs and was a member of creating future concepts of programs, channels and production. He created the first Internet software radio channel YLE / Radio Keski-Suomi.
As a Managing Director at UpMedia dealt with strategic planning, marketing, communications, as well as the management of budget and staff. He conducted negotiations with the other owners of channels and media networks.
