He graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk and postgraduate studies and manager of sport and sport psychology. A Ph.D. in physical education.
He is a lecturer and head of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Sailing and its coaching and sports instructor in sailing and windsurfing and AWFiS in Gdansk. Organizes and conducts seminars and courses for coaches, referees international sports instructors, trainers sailing at home and abroad. Is the judge of numerous events of international championships in sailing. It organizes many international events, including the m. Al. Gdynia Sailing Days.
