Mateusz Kusznierewicz is a successful and well-known on a global scale Polish sailor, granting a socially and successful business.

His adventure with sailing began at the age of 9 years old. The first international success came in 1990. When the World Youth Championship in the class of OK-Dinghy returned with a gold medal. Two years later "changed" in the Olympic Finn class, which represented Poland at three successive Olympics. In Atlanta in 1996 he won the gold medal - the first Olympic medal in the history of Polish sailing. In 1999. Matthew received the prestigious title of "Sailor of the Year" (Sailor of the Year), awarded annually by the ISAF to the best sailors in the world. At the end of 2004 he was awarded the title "Sailor of All Time" - the best in the history of this class (for all the victories in the Finn class in twelve consecutive years).

In the spring of 2005. Matthew changed the Finn class at the Star class, which created a team together with Dominik Życki, with whom in 2008. On the waters off the coast of Miami won a historic title of World Champion. Matthew is an avid skier, golfer, floats on windsurfing, tennis and squash courts. It meets also in business. It operates in the training industry, tourism, hotels, marina, media, events and sports marketing. Is granted socially, is the President of the Foundation of Gdańsk, Polish Ambassador Congress. It promotes physical activity, sports, sailing and maritime education.

He is the originator of the Sailing Cup Tri-City.
