Dr. Joanna Jedel is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk, where she also obtained in 2010 a Ph.D. in economics.
She currently serves as Head of the Department of Management in Sport at the University of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk. It deals with issues of commercialization and management of modern sports facilities and sports organizations. It carries out research and is an expert in the field of assessing the effectiveness of investment projects and financial engineering.
He actively participates in international exchange processes associated with the transfer of scientific knowledge and apply it in practice. She is the author innovative program of staff training on AWFiS in the management of modern facilities and professional sports clubs.
It belongs to the Polish Economic Society, the Association of Internal Auditors IIA (The Institiute of Internal Auditors), Poland and the Pomorskie Banker's Club.
