Dr. Cem Tinaz is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management of the Sports Okan University in Istanbul, Turkey. |
He has extensive experience in the field of sports marketing and management.
He works for Uniwersitytetu Bahcesehir.
Since 2009 he is a member of the Board of the Turkish Tennis Federation. As part of its commitment to the Federation he manages international events, marketing, sponsorship, and in part also contacts with the media.
As coordinator of tournaments, director or marketing manager participated in numerous international sports events in Turkey: WTA Championships 2012 and 2013, Izmir Cup 2010-2011-2012 ATP, WTA Istanbul Cup 2010, ATP Blackrock Tour of Champions, 2008.
He was also manager of the tennis tournament at the Mediterranean Games in 2013. Which took place between 20 and 30 June in the Turkish Mersin.
In addition to his professional duties regularly writes for "Tennis World", the most popular magazine about tennis in Turkey and web communication platform tennis on Digiturk'a (the official station of the Turkish Football League).
