His sponsorship and social activities in rugby began in 2005 as a member of the board Rugby Club Lechia Gdańsk. In 2006 he was Vce President, and since 2007 he has headed the club as President. Along with the team led RC Lechia Gdańsk to win the Polish Championship in Rugby 15 in the seasons 2011/2012, 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 and the variety of the Olympic rugby 7osobowym in the seasons 2009/2010, 2010/2011, 2011/2012, 2012/2013 and 2013/2014.
In 2001 he was elected President of the Pomeranian District of Rugby Union, which has become one of the best performing districts in Poland.
