Since 2003 he led the Office of Business Services in the Municipal Bureau of the City of Gdansk that facilitates aid to the businessmen investing in Gdansk. Between the years 1999-2003 he held the position of vice consular – acting CEO of the legal-and property assets division in the General Consulate of the Republic Of Poland in Chicago. Between the years 1998-1999 he was the vice director of the Department Od Foreigners and Citizen affairs in the Wojevoidship Bureau in Gdansk.
He started his professional career in the regional parliament of the province of Gdansk working in the Consultation and Analysis Bureau.
He graduated from the University of Gdansk with a degree in law and administration and took a post-graduate study in the Center For European Integration and Department of Management in the University of Gdansk
He is the co-founder of the American School of Law – a joint initiative between the legal division of the University of Gdansk and the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
He is a member of the supervision board of the Pomoraninan Special Economic Zone Ltd. and the council of the Gdansk’s Foundation of Commerce.
