Prof. Associate. Waldemar Moska was born on 29 June 1962 in Wejherowo. After graduating in 1985. Studies at the Academy of Physical Education in Gdańsk remained at the university, serving as an assistant. His scientific career and continuously linked with the Academy; after obronieniu in 1995 dissertation was assistant professor of Physical Education, and in 2007 - after passing habilitation colloquium - joined the group of professors AWFiS.
In 2008 he was Head of the Department of History and the Organisation for Physical Culture and yet in the same year he was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Recreation. September 10, 2010 was the first year was elected Rector of the Academy of Physical Education and Sports them. Sniadecki.
His research interests focus on issues related to the proper organizing of physical culture and above all sports, both in the context of sports training system and structure of physical education, sport, recreation and rehabilitation. His habilitation thesis Fri. Methodical and organizational aspects of the development of sport in the years 1945-2005 was an attempt to assess the impact of methodological and organizational changes in the Polish sport after World War II to its current level. Historical research topic was also undertaken in other publications, including monografiiPolskie losses in sport in Gdansk during World War II (2004) or in the working collective From the history of the sport in Sopot (2005), of which he was editor.
He is the author of approximately 90 scientific publications, including 6 monographs, as well as editor and co-editor of 14 items shorted. He is a member of the Polish Society of Sports Law.
She is qualified coach second class in volleyball and table tennis. He also served as Vice President of the Pomeranian Table Tennis Association and the Chairman of the Committee on Development and Evaluation of Coaching Personnel Polish Table Tennis Association. In the 90s he led the league section of table tennis in the Academic Team of Academy of Physical Education and Sports Gdańsk, and during 2005-2007 he worked with athletes with disabilities in the Association for Rehabilitation and Sports "Chance Start" Gdańsk - in recognition of involvement in activities on behalf of people with disabilities received the title of Honorary Member of the Association. He is actively involved in promoting the idea of sport for all.
He is married and has a son.
